Many women do wear heels through their nine months, but doctors strictly advice against doing so and with some good reason too! There are many reasons why you should give your heels some rest during pregnancy, as they might be a discomfort and come with certain risks. A poll of 1,000 pregnant women for the Society found 66% regularly wear flip flops, 32% wear high heels, 53% ballet pumps and 30% Ugg boots.
